Sunkiss is a private villa with an exclusive private padel court reserved for its guests, and rackets and balls provided. Welcoming guests from 1 March 2027.
Nestled on Monterey Drive, Constantia’s most prestigious address, the house combines Cape Dutch elegance with modern sophistication, with views of Table Mountain, False Bay and the Constantia Valley from a private, secure estate.
Inspired by Cape Dutch and French Provincial styles, it has whitewashed walls, pitched gables and wooden elements, with stone accents and carefully curated landscaping. Open-plan living spaces flow between indoors and outdoors, and every one of the six king bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.
Five bathrooms have a bath and a separate shower; the sixth has a shower.
